Healthy Bowels

Herbal Product Supplier's last post Organic Flax Seeds, dealt with the good healthy use of flax seeds in our diet. Part of their many benefits is of course the dietary fibre they add.

Dietary fibre is something that far too many people lack because their diets are just too full of processed, unhealthy foods.
